“Bring Sally Up” – Back Squats (135/95)
**If you drop the bar during the song, then you must do 10 burps for each time you drop

** If you miss 2 consecutive squats in the song then you must  5 burpees for each occurance


Death by 10 meters

EMOM run 10m. ADD 10 meters with each minute that passes

example: Min 1 = 10m, Min 2 = 20m, Min 3 = 30m etc until you cannot complete the specified distance in that minute
