What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp-style CrossFit Class that focuses on metabolic conditioning and its fat burning effects. This conditioning-based class involves lots of running, rowing, plyometrics, rings and kettlebells. No experience or skill level is required in Bootcamp class, just the desire to sweat and work hard.
Who is Bootcamp for?
This class is perfect for those looking to build a base level of fitness before joining a full CrossFit class
These classes consist of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and metabolic conditioning work to their regular routine.
Those who like CrossFit, but want a less technical or skill based workout.
This is similar to a bootcamp, however, the focus will still be on functional movements to help enhance your ability to perform day-to-day tasks
Just like a CrossFit class, all movements can be scaled. This means we can simplify movements, decrease the load or intensity if needed.
All of the classes run for 45 minutes. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow recruits. The majority of our members achieve such great results in performance and the way they feel that they keep coming back for more, month after month.

- Great 45 minute class for those just starting out or for those who enjoy more conditioning and metabolic endurance as opposed to heavy strength and technical movements (no barbell movements). It’s also a great way to get started should you wish to move up into our CrossFit program.
- Does not include access to CrossFit classes or Open Gym.
